The Role:

As a Trading Coach with 0-DTE, you will guide clients through the nuances of 0-DTE trading, instilling in them the discipline and understanding required to succeed. You’ll be more than just an instructor; you’ll be a mentor, a strategist, and a beacon of our trading ethos.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized coaching sessions that adhere to our proprietary 0-DTE trading method.
  • Prepare for each coaching session with thorough research and tailored materials.
  • Provide post-session summaries and follow-up actions for clients.
  • Contribute to the development of our educational content.
  • Engage in ongoing personal trading development to stay at the forefront of 0-DTE strategies.
  • Uphold our values of integrity, transparency, and relentless improvement in all interactions with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in index options trading, with a solid track record in 0-DTE strategies.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • A strong ethical compass and commitment to our tenets of capital preservation and process over outcomes.
  • The discipline to follow and teach a methodical daily routine that aligns with our trading philosophy.
  • A growth mindset, open to continuous learning and development in both trading expertise and coaching proficiency.
  • Ability to utilize CRM and scheduling software effectively for managing client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) or equivalent certification, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical analysis and market indicators relevant to options trading.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, showing a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of active trading experience with a focus on index options and demonstrable experience with 0-DTE strategies, underscored by a verifiable track record of profitability.
  • Completion of a recognized coaching certification program, indicating formal training in coaching methodologies and a commitment to the development of others.
  • Proficiency in risk management, as evidenced by previous trading roles or formal education, and the ability to communicate and teach effective risk management strategies to traders at all levels.
  • Significant experience in a trading or financial advisory role.

Engagement Terms:
